CANCELATION POLICY
For written cancellation received before August 27th, 2018, an administrative charge of 1.000 RSD (10 € for foreign participants) will be applied. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
Abstracts should be submitted for Oral presentation. The duration of Oral presentations is limited to 5 minutes for presentation and two minutes for discussion and should not be exceeded. It is possible to sign one paper as an author, and two papers as coauthor. In one paper can be up to five co-authors. Abstract submission is done via e-mail. The maximum number of words is 250. The font is Times New Roman 12.
Abstract should include: objective, methodology, results and conclusion. Tables, charts and literature shouldn’t be included. The Scientific Committee of the Congress will take into consideration only abstracts prepared according to these instructions.
The abstract will be reviewed and the authors will be duly notified of the decision of the Scientific Committee. Deadline for notification of abstract acceptance is August 21st,  2018.  Accepted abstracts will be posted on the website http://www.stomkoms.org/
Please note that only abstract of the participants with paid Registration fee will be included in the Final scientific program.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION:
All registered participants will receive a Certificate of participation at the scientific meeting for which they were registered and which they attended. Participants are required to complete and submit evaluation list at the registration desk, after which they will be awarded Certificates.
